Description:
Fragments of Being captures the quiet dissonance of identity in transition. The figure, rendered in cool shades of turquoise, cerulean, and mint, appears both grounded and dissolving—its features interrupted by angular brushwork, drips, and negative space. Streaks of deep navy and black splatter contrast against soft washes of aquamarine, evoking the fragmented layers of thought and memory.

Though the subject’s expression is neutral, their presence is undeniable—assembled from pieces, yet whole in spirit. The composition is framed by a white baroque frame kissed with painterly teal in the upper corners, reinforcing the artwork’s tension between deconstruction and beauty.
