I purchased an original painting or print. Do I own the copyright?
Purchasing an original artwork or print gives you ownership of that physical piece, but the copyright remains with the artist. Artwork may not be reproduced, distributed, used commercially, or otherwise reproduced without my written permission.
Are you accepting commissions?
I accept a limited number of commissions and custom projects on a case-by-case basis. Because maintaining my artistic style and creative freedom is an important part of my work, I’m best suited for clients who connect with my existing style and are comfortable giving me room to interpret their idea.
If you have something in mind, please reach out! I’m always happy to hear about your idea and see if it feels like the right fit.
Can I get a tattoo of one of your paintings?
Yes! I’m honored when someone connects with my artwork enough to want to carry it with them. I simply ask that the artwork not be used commercially and that your tattoo artist does not reproduce my designs for other clients.
If you'd like to support my work as well, purchasing a print or something from my shop is always greatly appreciated—and I’d love to see the finished tattoo!
What is a giclée print?
Giclée is a fine-art printing process that uses high-resolution printing and archival-quality inks to create detailed, vibrant reproductions of original artwork.
The process allows for beautiful color, fine detail, and excellent longevity, making giclée prints a high-quality option for collecting and displaying art.
What does “hand-embellished” mean?
My hand-embellished canvas prints begin as high-quality giclée reproductions, and then I personally add paint and details by hand. This adds texture, dimension, and vibrancy while making each canvas slightly unique and bringing it even closer to the feel of the original artwork.
Will my paper print be hand-signed?
Open-edition paper prints may not be hand-signed unless otherwise noted in the individual listing. Please check the artwork description for details.
What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of my artwork and made-to-order products, I do not currently accept returns or exchanges.
However, if there is a problem with your order, please contact me. I want you to be happy with your purchase and will do my best to help resolve any issues.
Shipping Information — U.S. Orders
Shipping is complimentary on orders over $75 within the U.S. Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS depending on the size and weight of the package, and tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
Original artwork generally requires 2–5 business days to prepare for shipment.
Please allow up to 14 business days for fine-art prints and hand-embellished canvas prints to be created, prepared, and shipped.
Prints, merchandise, and original artwork may occasionally ship separately.
What happens if my order is lost or damaged during shipping?
While shipping issues are uncommon, unfortunately they can happen. If your order arrives damaged or appears to have been lost in transit, please contact me as soon as possible so I can help determine the appropriate next steps and, when applicable, file a claim with the shipping carrier.
Orders over $100 include complimentary shipping insurance for added peace of mind.
My studio is located in San Diego, California, USA.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! International shipping is available for many destinations. Please contact me if you're interested in purchasing artwork from outside the United States so I can help determine shipping options and costs.
What about international taxes, duties, and import fees?
International orders may be subject to customs duties, tariffs, taxes, or other import fees determined by the destination country. These charges vary by location and are the responsibility of the purchaser.
