With luminous lips barely parting and irises blooming in every direction, Dreaming in a Field of Irises invites the viewer into a floral reverie where identity melts into color and memory. Painted for a tribute to Vincent van Gogh, this piece honors his obsession with texture, emotion, and the wild, tangled beauty of nature. Here, the irises do not simply decorate—they consume, comfort, and transform.

Lavender, violet, and lush emerald green pulse against soft lilac shadows, while iridescent and metallic accents in the lips echo moonlight and dew. The dream is alive, and it’s speaking.
